Eldercare Review : Geriatric Palliative Care can be given when there are signs of the requirements for palliative care in older people because of complexities in aging and when elements of geriatric palliative care can aid in enhancing the quality of life of older people. Embracing an interdisciplinary care sample and a 'person-centered' approach will help provide quality geriatric palliative care. The community-founded setting and home care-supported models are the most effective care delivery models for these weak older persons.
